Performances :
Sai Ram Shankar is good in the film. His performance is good but the only thing is we witness Sai Ram Shankar in almost every scene of the film and that makes us feel bored.
Adonica is good in her role. She is not upto the expectations. She could have performed well especially in some crucial scenes and she fails to impress.
Ravi teja has a 5 minutes role and it is the best part in the film.
Subbarj has a limited role and there is nothing special to talk about him!
Plus Points :
Story & Dialogues
Music
Cinematography
Minus Points :
Direction
Music
BGM
Screenplay
Cinematography :
The cinematography is handled by PG Vinda and the cinematography is good in the film. Vinda has portrayed some wonderful visuals of Rome and Italy.
Editing :
Naveen Nooli is the editor for this film. The editing is good. The run time of the film is less but due to dragged scenes and slow screenplay, we feel bored in some scenes.
Music :
The music is done by Sunil Kashyap. Of all in the film, Music is good and from the beginning the music of the film has been getting good appreciations. The BGM is dull but the songs were not shown properly on screen.
Story & Screenplay & Dialogues & Direction :
The story and dialogues were provided by Puri Jagannadh. The film has a tag line Puri Raasina Prema Katha. The story is good and the dialogues have Puri jagannadh mark. But the screenplay spoiled the plot. The slow moving story and ineffective narration make us yawn in the theatres.
Debutant Gopi Ganesh has failed as a director. He has completely failed in executing a good story and the good love story appears as a irritating and boring tale.
Romeo From Reviewer View :
Romeo, Puri Raasina Prema Katha has a good story but it failed in execution. The locals of Italy, Rome were picturized nicely. Sai Ram Shankar has to taste a failure again and the film has loosely written script and non gripping screenplay.
First Half : Good
Second Half : Slow
Verdict :
Romeo will not appeal to you. It disappoints! Look for other films that released today!
