Sukumar buys villa for Rs 12 crore in Kondapur area

Talented director Sukumar is currently shooting for his next film Pushpa. Sukumar is high on demand and the talented director is charging Rs 25 crores for Pushpa and would share the profits of the project. Now, the latest update is that, Sukumar who lived in Manikonda moved to a plush villa. He is said to have invested Rs 12 crores on the property which is located in Kondapur.
Spread across lavish properties and most happening places, the villa is spread across 8000 sq.ft and Sukumar invested a bomb on the interiors. A formal gruhapravesam was conducted recently and Allu Arjun attended the event.
