In Telangana, many residents have been displaced due to the recent floods, with complaints surfacing that relief efforts are not reaching those in need. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Thummala Nageshwara Rao have been in constant touch with the public, listening to their grievances and pushing officials to take action. Despite their efforts, the affected people continue to face hardships.
This has sparked discussions about the absence of former Chief Minister KCR, the leader of the main opposition party, BRS. Congress leaders have criticized KCR, questioning his whereabouts during this crisis and accusing him of neglecting the suffering of the people. The issue gained more attention on Wednesday when posters appeared in Hyderabad and surrounding districts with the message, “Former Chief Minister of Telangana KCR is missing,” along with his photo.
These posters, reading “KCR Missing,” have been widely circulated on social media. Though the identity of those responsible for the posters is unclear, they have stirred a lot of discussion both in political circles and online. In the past, BRS leaders had criticized the central government with similar poster campaigns, such as the one stating, “What has the central government given Telangana? Nothing.” Now, the tables have turned, with KCR being the target of the current poster campaign.
