‘Devara’: Koratala Siva Shares Insights into the Upcoming Big-Budget Film Starring NTR
‘Devara’, directed by Koratala Siva and starring NTR, is shaping up to be one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. Produced by Mikkilineni Sudhakar and Harikrishna under the banners of NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, the movie promises a grand visual spectacle. With Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan playing a pivotal role and Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, the film is set for a worldwide release on September 27.
Koratala Siva, in a recent interview, shared several insights about the movie:
- The story is completely fictional and centers around the theme of fear, illustrating how a healthy level of fear can guide us toward better decisions.
- The movie required extensive preparation, particularly for scenes involving the ocean, taking the team six months to perfect the visuals.
- Despite the underperformance of ‘Acharya’, Siva began working on ‘Devara’ just 20 days after its release and felt no pressure going into the new project.
- The vastness of the story led them to split the movie into two parts, with the decision being driven by narrative needs rather than commercial intent.
- Siva also praised Janhvi Kapoor for her dedication to the role and Saif Ali Khan for perfectly embodying the character of Bhaira after seeing him in Omkara.
- The music by Anirudh Ravichander has also been a major highlight, with Siva particularly impressed by the “Fear Song”.
With top-tier technicians and a highly dedicated cast, ‘Devara’ promises to be a visual feast for audiences when it releases this September.
