Sagar’s Dilemma: Job, Lies, and Money

A brand new twist has occurred in the Illu Illalu Pillalu serial, with unexpected events about to unfold in Rambabu’s family. Sagar’s sensational decision has shocked everyone, creating a viral episode. Let’s delve into the full details!

In today’s episode, Ramaraju returns home from the hospital and immediately questions Sagar about the 20 lakhs meant for Vanaja, asking if he deposited the money in the bank. Sagar stammers, lying that he has. His anxiety is palpable, especially after Vedavathi informs him he’ll have to take over the rice mill’s complete responsibilities since his father won’t be returning soon. Sagar, who is supposed to join a government job he paid for on Monday, simply agrees, ‘Okay, Dad,’ and leaves, his tension unnoticed by Narmada, who spots a mysterious cover in his back pocket.

The scene then shifts to Dheeraj, who is deeply saddened. He recalls Amulya showing him the ‘mangalsutra’ (sacred thread) and his father collapsing from a heart attack, lamenting how Amulya’s life and the family’s situation were irrevocably changed in a single day. Meanwhile, Prema enters the room, unaware of Dheeraj sitting in a corner, and attempts to hide her police exam hall ticket. Dheeraj observes her actions, then approaches her, asking, ‘What are you doing?’ He presses her, ‘You’ve been trying to hide something for a while. What is it?’ and gently tries to take it from her. Realizing it’s the hall ticket for the SI exam, he asks, ‘Why are you so tense about hiding this? This is happy news, isn’t it?’ Prema replies, ‘It’s not that important now. I’ll tear it up. I don’t need the hall ticket because I’m not writing the exam. The problems in the house are enough right now. I don’t want me and my job to become a new problem.’ Dheeraj, surprised, asks, ‘After studying so hard for so long, why are you saying you won’t write the exam now?’ Explaining her decision, Prema states, ‘You saw how much Mavayya (Uncle) suffered because of Amulya. He almost went to his death’s door. Mavayya clearly told me back then that I couldn’t write the SI exam. If he finds out now, he will be even more upset.’ Dheeraj, however, tries hard to convince her. He asks, ‘Will you give up your lifelong aspirations for this?’ He insists she must write the exam, promising, ‘I will make sure no one faces any problems or sadness. You don’t worry about this anymore. Study well. All the best,’ and then kisses her on the forehead. Prema is visibly happy with his support.

Dheeraj Supports Prema’s Secret Exam Dreams

Later, the focus returns to Sagar, who is highly tense, clutching his government job offer letter as his father’s words about returning Vanaja’s 20 lakhs echo in his mind. Narmada notices his tension, and when he tries to hide the letter, she asks him about it. He then reveals the offer letter, telling her, ‘Narmada, this is my government job offer letter.’ Narmada is overjoyed. Sagar, however, expresses his worry: ‘I’m worried if my father will agree to me taking this job.’ He urges her not to tell anyone in the house for now, a sentiment Narmada acknowledges while also reminding him, ‘Father asked you to return Vanaja’s 20 lakhs… that must be returned too.’

That night, Vedavathi suddenly wakes from sleep, disturbed by a dream recalling Viswa hitting Amulya. Finding Ramaraju absent, she goes outside to find him staring anxiously towards Senapathi’s house, worried about their daughter. Vedavathi asks, ‘What are you doing here in the middle of the night?’ Ramaraju responds, ‘Amulya is in that room with the light on, isn’t she? I wonder if she has eaten.’ Vedavathi replies, ‘Why are you getting so emotional? She’ll be fine. She went to that house willingly, like a queen… She must be sleeping soundly.’ Ramaraju insists, ‘She is our beloved daughter. Have you forgotten how much pain you went through to give birth to her? How overjoyed we were when we saw her… Since she is still a child, we all pampered her.’ Vedavathi, however, shows anger towards Amulya, disgustedly saying, ‘Don’t talk about her.’ Ramaraju laments, ‘They constantly think of taking revenge on me. Didn’t Amulya understand that? How did she get married?’ He worries about her living in ‘hell.’ Meanwhile, Amulya is indeed sitting in her room, crying sleeplessly. Vedavathi firmly tells Ramaraju, ‘If you keep thinking about Amulya, don’t talk to me.’

Amulya’s Misery: Parents’ Divided Worries

The next morning, Narmada draws a rangoli in front of her house, joined by Prema. While drawing together, Narmada reveals Sagar has got a government job. Prema is happy for him, but Narmada expresses her fear: ‘I’m afraid how uncle will react if we tell him this news, especially in these circumstances… I’m worried there might be fights… I haven’t told anyone in the house about this.’ Prema, in turn, reveals she has received her SI exam hall ticket. She explains, ‘You saw what a big fight happened at home back then regarding my job, didn’t you? Now, I’m saying I won’t write the exam because I’m afraid a similar fight might happen over this… but Dheeraj is not agreeing.’ Amulya watches them both from the gate. They also look at her happily. With this, the episode ends.
