Inside “Hey Balwanth”: Shivani’s Fun Role
Shivani’s Secrets Behind ‘Hey Balwanth’ Success! Not Just 100 Films, the Story is What Matters, Says the Heroine! ‘Hey Balwanth’, starring Shivani Nagaram and Suhas as the lead pair, is set to release on February 20th. Originally titled ‘Hey Bhagwan’, the film is directed by Gopi Achanta and produced by B. Narendra Reddy under the Trishul Visionary Studios banner. This full-length, out-and-out entertainer is being presented to Telugu audiences by Vamsi Nandipati and Bunny Vas under the banners of Nandipati Entertainments and Bunny Vas Works. On this occasion, Shivani Nagaram, who gained significant recognition with ‘Little Hearts’, specially shared her film experiences and details about her role with the media, expressing confidence in achieving similar success again. She stated that the father-son emotion in ‘Hey Balwanth’ will move everyone, and her character will be a blend of comedy and innocence.
During the film’s promotions, actress Shivani Nagaram elaborated on her role and experiences in an interview, saying: “This is my second film with Suhas and the third of my career. In the previous film with Suhas, I played a very intense character. However, in ‘Hey Balwanth’, my role is much lighter and entertaining, and I truly enjoyed working on it. Audiences will be thoroughly entertained throughout the film, and the father-son emotion at the end will touch everyone. My character also has innocence along with comedy. The film is very good, and I am confident that it will definitely be a hit. Currently, I am picking the best scripts that come my way. My first film had no comedy, my second film was full of comedy, and this film also features comedy. As soon as I heard the story, I liked both the plot and my character, which is why I agreed to do this film. As for the business aspect of this film, I have nothing to do with it; it’s all Suhas and his family’s business.”
Shivani’s Career Path: Story Over Quantity
Shivani also touched upon her family’s support and her approach to future projects, stating: “I am able to do films because my family members are very supportive. I have proven the opportunity they gave me with good films, and they are also very happy. I will leverage the success of ‘Little Hearts’ for my next film, but I will only accept a film if I like the story, regardless of the combination. When I listen to a story, I consider whether I connect with it and what the importance of my character is. I only accept a film after assessing my significance in it. I was selected for ‘Little Hearts’ at the last minute. Genuinely, I didn’t intend to become an actor, but now I’ve gained recognition. Luckily, I’ve gotten good films, good teams, and good co-actors. I am picking the best among the offers I receive. I don’t have a goal of doing 100 films here. Even if I do just five films, I want them to have good stories and for audiences to recognize me as a good actress. If I like the story and my character, I will even accept films with star heroes. I entered the industry without any background. Maintaining the respect given by the audience is what’s most important,” she concluded.
Shivani Nagaram is very confident about ‘Hey Balwanth’ and expressed hope that this film, a blend of comedy and emotions, will entertain audiences. We look forward to her future projects.
Looking Ahead
Shivani Nagaram’s refreshing belief in compelling narratives over mere numbers is a testament to her vision. As ‘Hey Balwanth’ prepares to entertain, her focus on story promises a significant shift. We eagerly await how her impactful approach will not only define her journey but potentially inspire the future direction of our beloved South Indian cinema.
