Bosco Martis: A Bollywood Master for Varanasi – Then with NTR, Now with Mahesh – Rajamouli’s Planning It is known that the film Varanasi, starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra under Rajamouli’s direction, is being made on a grand scale. The film set high expectations with just its title glimpse. Rajamouli is helming this film as a pan-world project. Already, 50% of the shooting has been completed. They announced that the film will be released next year on April 7th. However, Priyanka Chopra revealed in an interview that the film also features a song, which includes a dance sequence. Reportedly, they are currently shooting that dance song. To choreograph this song, Rajamouli has reportedly brought in Bollywood star choreographer Bosco Martis. It is noteworthy that Rajamouli has brought in Bosco Martis for Varanasi, foregoing his usual team of choreographers, including Prem Rakshith, who choreographed “Naatu Naatu” to Oscar-winning standards for RRR. Previously, Bosco Martis worked on Telugu films such as Viyyala Vari Kayyalu, Orange, Srimanthudu, Dhruva, and Devara. Bosco Martis solo-choreographed for NTR’s film Devara. For his other Telugu films, he collaborated with fellow dance master Caesar Gonsalves. During the time of Devara, Bosco Martis’s post about NTR and his comments about NTR in interviews went viral. Now, after NTR, Bosco Martis is set to work on the film Varanasi for Mahesh Babu. It remains to be seen what kind of steps he will make Mahesh Babu perform in this film. Once the shooting for this song in Varanasi is complete, the film crew will take a month-long summer holiday. They will resume shooting from June, after May. Rajamouli plans to complete the shooting of Varanasi by August.
