Srikanth arrived at Annapurna Studios, where Chiranjeevi was in the middle of a film shoot for a song sequence. The Megastar paused the shoot, telling the crew he would rejoin in about an hour, and then led Srikanth into a private room. “Now tell me,” Chiranjeevi asked with concern, “What happened to you? Why are you like this? You haven’t been meeting anyone. What’s the problem, dear boy?” Srikanth then replied, “This is the situation… I’ve gone into depression with continuous failures… I’m thinking of leaving the industry, elder brother.”
After listening patiently, the Megastar immediately responded, “My dear boy, successes and failures come and go. If you take them so seriously, you won’t be able to grow. Entering the industry is within our control. When I entered the industry, I didn’t come thinking I would become a Megastar… we believe in our hard work and continue to toil… the path itself will lead us there. You wanted to come into the industry, and you did, right? Then you must accept everything.
