A joint lightning raid by the Eagle Task Force, Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW), and Golconda Police confirmed that illicit drugs were being consumed. Among the approximately 300 attendees, a significant number of young people and students had traveled from not only Hyderabad but also cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Acting on precise information, the police intervened to stop the illegal activities and took several individuals into custody.

Police conducted drug tests on a total of 35 people. Medical examinations subsequently confirmed that five individuals, including Abdul Sarvar, along with Yogeshwar, Abhinash Phani, Brett Jason, and a couple named Nihar-Aashi, had consumed deadly narcotics such as ganja (marijuana) and cocaine.
